Tapas and Wine
This is a unique ‘dine around’ event that originated in Spain. Participants would travel around the village sampling fabulous delicacies and sample the wines of the region. Inverary Resort’s 11-acre lakeside resort property provides the perfect location for a Tapas event. Much like a dine around your delegates will travel in small groups to each location sampling the best of maritime cuisine, with a grand finale at the last stop for an extravaganza of coffees and deserts.
Gathering of the Clans
You know what the say – When in Rome – Do as the Romans do…… A visit to Cape Breton Island would not be complete without sampling the rich and vibrant Celtic Culture that is so alive here on the Island. If golf is your game have the executives tee-up while sporting their kilts. Plus the winning team will be piped into dinner to sample and toast the Hagis. Learn a few words of Gaelic over dinner. Learn how a kilt is made during desert and coffee. Throw in a wee dram of Scotch , a fiddle, a few steps and who knows, the evening could turn into a kitchen Ceilidh.
Music, Mussels, and Beer (MMB Party by the Sea)
Get in your comfy cloths and get ready to party by the sea. A fun filled BBQ with Mussels and beer or a Lobster Boil with fresh steaming lobster from the pot with a variety salads and hot oven baked rolls. Add a little chowder, some delicious desserts, some great music and this will be a fantastic MMB-Party by the Sea. The evening is not complete until you sing along around the lakeside bonfire.
